Terms of Service 

1.     Our Service 

Inspire Organising provides a decluttering and organising service. We do not undertake any in-depth cleaning, although some light dusting may be carried out in the process.  For reasons of health and safety, we will not lift any heavy objects or items of furniture.

 

2.     Pricing

The first 30 minute consultation on the phone/zoom is free and carries no obligation.

The minimum booking is for 3 hours, which can be extended by hourly increments.

Billed hours will be calculated from arrival at client’s premises until departure, excluding breaks.

Travel to client’s premises – up to 25 miles away, is included in the price. Beyond that there is a mileage charge of 45p per mile.

3.     Cancellation Policy

Should a client need to cancel due to unforeseeable circumstances, Inspire Organising requires 24 hours notice.

  

4.     Payment

The full fee is payable on the day, after the organising session has taken place.

Payments accepted: bank transfer, cash or cheque.

5.     Confidentiality

Details of organising sessions will always be confidential.  Before and after photographs will be taken only after securing client’s express permission for doing so.
